I discovered Barre in my early twenties and instantly became obsessed; I couldn’t believe I found a workout that I loved every second of.

It gave me the lean, sculpted legs, arms and abs I’d always wanted quickly and I left feeling more confident, graceful and with improved posture after every class.

After 10yrs of studio classes and self-practice, I qualified with Physique 57 (New York) and am privileged to have Barrecore founder, Niki Rein, as my mentor.

After having my daughter, I struggled to find an online Barre app or website that I Ioved so, (after leaving a fast-paced corporate job), I created Sarah Hazel Barre.

Time is precious, and I realised I could get the most transformative results and feel joyful by carving out just 25mins at home 4-5 times per week.
